Shipping Destinations

We proudly ship across Australia. At this time, we are unable to deliver internationally.


Shipping Providers

We partner with trusted carriers, including Australia Post, StarTrak, and Sendle, along with other couriers as needed, to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.


Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping: Available for all orders over $100. This will be applied automatically at checkout.
  • Standard Shipping: Orders under $100 ship for just $11.00, anywhere in Australia.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary based on your location. Once your order has been dispatched, you can generally expect:

  • Metropolitan Areas: 2–8 business days.
  • Regional Areas: 2–8 business days.
  • Remote Areas: 2–8 business days.

Please note that external factors, such as peak seasons or courier delays, may affect delivery times.


Order Processing Time

We process orders within 1–2 business days of receiving payment confirmation. Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking information to follow your delivery.


Order Tracking

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Need to make a change or cancel your order? Contact us at support@glucoboss.com.au as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, please note that once your order has shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
