At GlucoBoss, we’re committed to your satisfaction. Below are the details of our return and refund policy to ensure a smooth and transparent process.
30-Day Refund Policy (First Orders Only)
We offer a 30-day refund on your first order of GlucoBoss shakes. If you’re not satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
- Eligibility: Products must be in their original condition. For shakes, only one serving may be opened; all other products must remain unopened, with original packaging intact.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or we’ve made an error. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was our fault.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@glucoboss.com.au with your order details. Returns are typically processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the item.
GlucoBoss Socks: 1-Year Replacement Guarantee
Our diabetic-friendly socks come with a 1-year replacement guarantee against manufacturing defects or premature wear.
Terms and Conditions:
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Socks that have been worn or laundered are not eligible for refunds but may qualify for replacement if covered by the guarantee.
- Natural characteristics of bamboo fibers, such as fluffiness or pilling, are not considered defects.
- Issues caused by improper care, misuse, or accidents are not covered.

- Provide a description of the issue, proof of purchase, and a clear photo of the problem.
If eligible, we’ll replace your socks with the same style and size. If unavailable, we’ll provide a suitable alternative.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@glucoboss.com.au. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food).
- Custom or personalized products.
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids.
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have concerns about a specific item, please reach out.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, the fastest method is to initiate a return for the original product (once approved) and place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Processing Times: Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank or credit card company.
- Denied Returns: If your return is denied due to ineligibility, you may request the item be shipped back to you at your expense. Unclaimed items will be discarded after 30 days.

Subscription Orders
Refunds on subscription orders apply only to the first shipment if it qualifies under the 30-day refund policy. Subsequent shipments are non-refundable once dispatched.
To modify or cancel your subscription, contact us at support@glucoboss.com.au before your next shipment is processed.
European Union: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the EU, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
